• Cinnamon: The sweet, spicy aroma of cinnamon is widely popular worldwide. It is extracted from a tropical, evergreen tree that can grow up to 14 meters high, and its bark, leaves, and flowers are very rich in aromatic compounds. Although cinnamon primarily has a long history of culinary uses, the essential oil extracted from it actually offers surprisingly versatile applications.
